FAQ
How far in advance do I need to book my session?
It's best to give yourself at least 2 months prior to your session with AEP. This allows for plenty of space to select your outfits, prep your mind & pamper yourself before your camera time.
When will I receive my digitals / album?
Turnover time for receiving your digital files / album is 2 months.
Alexis Emm hand edits each image in your gallery and creates custom layouts for each client album.
AE is a full time Mama and works 2 days per week to ensure a joyful home / work balance. Your patience for our create process is honored and appreciated!
How many digitals will I receive?
You will receive however many digitals you have purchased via our collection or a la carte menus.
Where will the session take place?
All sessions will take place at 204 West Genesee Street Fayetteville NY 13066 unless other arrangements have been made.
How long should I plan for my luxury boudoir experience?
Please plan for up to 3 hours for your Luxury Boudoir Experience.
Your glam up with hair + makeup will be about 1 hour.
Your camera time is 1 hour & half.
Outfit changes, selfies & laughing our asses off account for up to another hour.
Where will my viewing + ordering session be and how long will it last?
We are excited to offer same day photo reveals at our studio in Fayetteville, NY!
While you grab some lunch or browse the isles of Target, we'll cull your gallery and prepare for your photo reveal. This typically takes an hour and a half.
You'll return to our studio where we will review your proofs gallery, which will be straight out of the camera, and you will select your favorite images. We discuss retouch preferences, artistic editing styles and collaborate to showcase your images in all their glory! You can expect this to take 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your needs.
If booked on a separate day, your reveal + ordering party will take place online via Zoom & screen sharing.
